hells bells

ok. when it comes to good cheap shopping, i am officially a gun. scored some really awesome stuff in Byron (biggest hippy / beachy /surfy place ever) including this AMAZING mesh top (which kind of reminds me of that AW dress) for $15 at a second hand shop! Also picked up an Ann Demeulemeester top for $25 (!!!) amongst other things that I will post soon.

1: mesh top / 80s high waist leopard jeans from Shag / 80s leather belt from Savers

This is the best outfit post I've ever seen on a blog. It's so fucking awesome to see something that doesn't look like the ubiquitous "Fashion Toast" look that everyone's sporting.

I'm starting a slow clap, just for you.

It's always freezing, sure, but we never have snow. Six inches and we literally start acting as though there has been a nuclear apocalypse. All the trains and buses stopped and people were actually frolicking in the street like it was the end of World War Two. Everyone's status on facebook has contained the word "snow" at least once for the last three days.

We're a simple people.

This outfit is great. I wouldn't have the guts to wear the top (I don't have the figure for it) but it's all sorts of fabulous! I like that its shorter.

Ann Demuelemeester for $25? Are you kidding!? The cheapest I've found 2nd hand Ann D in the states is $250 for a jacket. So envious.

Also wanted to say that you have an amazing blog. It's one of the few that I find inspirational.

robyn: 250 for an Ann D jacket is still so good! Mine's just a top so heaps less impressive than a whole jacket!

Laura: The Ann top was from this "vintage" shop called _________ flamingos. Can't remember the first word, the whole time I was there I kept calling it Pink Flamingos and my mates kept correcting me, but I've totally forgotten what it actually was.

Seaofshoes: that's insane that you're on my blog!! Love yours

fuxsake: ooohh thanks for letting me know dude, you're awesome :)

and thanks Marian, luce, fillmore, lux, and P.S
