Heyyy everyone!!! So sorry for the absence! What a week it has been, really couldn't find it in me to blog but am so excited to be back! Before I go on any further, I just want to say a huge THANK YOU and hello to everyone that has just recently found the blog!!! I appreciate your comments sooo much and read each one with the excitement of a giddy lil' kid. Will make sure to check out all your blogs and write back!

It's almost three in the morning, and as usual I can't sleep (ps. why is it that more, and more people I know have sleeping problems these days? argghhh!) so thought I'd post these photos of my ex-bedside table for no reason other than that it just doesn't exist anymore. My grandma moved house the other week, and a certain hand-me-down resulted in me upgrading to a bigger and better wooden dresser instead of this pissy thing! Lucky, because it couldn't even accommodate to my family of faux taxidermy bunnies, let alone a sea of other important objects I find necessary keeping as close to my head as possible while sleeping.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! New Margiela boots that are finally mine. Wanted these for ages but could never find them at a price I could afford... until the other week! Stoked! Wearing them with orange blazer from ZARA, lace top from Savers or the like, Black and white pants by DI$COUNT, white neck piece from a shop in Rome.

NEW YEARS DAY AND THE DAY AFTER - PHOTO DIARY FROM DROMANA BEACH

Could not have spent the first two days of the year in better form if I tried... and to think I was even hesitating about going from being way too hung over after NYE! Not going to lie, the drive there almost killed me considering the state I was in, but it was all worth it in the end. One of my many new years resolutions is to stop saying no, stop second guessing situations... and especially myself, and realize that happiness is a choice which is totally in my hands.

Thank you Jemma for asking me to come up that day, and for being my angel as well as the best example of how a human should look at, and live their life (I'm not going to go into the reason and situation, but this girl is a fucking hero) and thank you to Chris and Ben for your incredible hospitality. The boat rocked, so did the food! I had a ball! Once again, here's to 2012!!!

QUIET NIGHTS OF QUIET STARS

Bit of a filler post here, but trying to attempt to document as much of what I wear as I can, so here are some photos of my outfit from the Melbourne Topshop launch. This outfit will never look the same again without the neon yellow hair, which sucks cause I really wanted to get proper photos of it where you could see what was going on! Damn this green needs to fade already. Also, I know look like such a douche bag hiding my face like that but it's become an almost automatic reaction as soon as I see a camera. Another thing I'm going to have to get myself sorted on this year!

Wearing neon blazer by DI$COUNT (new collection that will be out soon!), leopard print shirt and studded belt from Camberwell market, old Levi's black denim shorts, cuff from Istanbul, fishnets and leather thigh highs that you can't see!

Happy New Year everyone!!! Haven't been able to get on the computer these last few days, so if NYE and the first few days of the year are any indication, it's gonna be one amazing year!!! Hope yours is filled with an exuberant amount of LOVE & MAGIC (my two favorite things in the world!) and that all of your dreams come true no matter how big or small. xxx.

YESTERDAY'S OUTFIT

Nothing beats a duster/long jacket/cardigan/kimono - the perfect items that can even transform sequin underwear and lingerie into an appropriate outfit (well at least in my head). I'm OBSESSED with this silk chiffon duster we did for DI$COUNT, it even comes complete with intricate angel wing embroidery on the back!!!! Coming to the shop in a couple of weeks... and in black too!

MY TEESHIRT OBSESSION

One of my many obsessions is acquiring old amazing teeshirts and thrashing the fuck out of them - as you can see in the following photos, they're not all in exactly the best condition, but I definitely believe that tees get better with age and wear. I really don't think I'm capable (or wanna be) of liking many things half-heartedly... so when I'm onto something I love, I tend to love it OBSESSIVELY... all or nothing! I've been collecting vintage tees for years now, and constantly seem to find myself either buying or selling them... kinda like trading cards or something. I do have conditions though... I'm not one to go on ebay and pay over $100 for a sweet design... usually try and stay under about $20 (inc shipping, haha) cause it's way more fun that way!!!

Here are my absolute favorites that I will never let go of! Sad that quite a few others that I love couldn't be included due to being lost in my room/car/garage/friends house/etc.
